Terry Ray Turkett, Sr., 66 of Vernon, Texas died on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, in Vernon, Texas.

Services will be Friday, October 15, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Toby Castleberry officiating.

Terry was born Friday, July 8, 1955 in California he was the son of the late W.R. Turkett and the late Virginia Lane Knippa. He married Sandra Jean Nava on April 22, 1972 in Vernon, Texas she preceded him in death August 26, 2019. He was owner and operated for several years of W.T. Construction.

Terry is survived by his sons, Terry Turkett, Jr. and wife Aida of Vernon, TX and Cevin Joe (CJ) Turkett of Vernon, TX, daughters, Jennifer Turkett Trinidad and husband John of Vernon, TX and Brandi Turkett Allen and husband Steven of Grapevine, TX, brother, Dale Turkett of Fredericksburg, TX, sisters, Vickie Tole of Wichita Falls, TX and Debbie Patterson; 7 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Sullivan Funeral Home.
