Tommy Banda, 70 of Vernon, Texas passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, in Vernon, Texas.

Visitation will be Saturday, September 16, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Sullivan Funeral Home.

Tommy was born Sunday, September 14, 1952, in Dixon, Illinois. He was the son of the late Angel Banda and the late Shirley Hinojosa Banda. Tommy served in the U. S. Army from 1975 until 1978, and then he was a truck driver. He loved being with his family.

Tommy is survived by his girlfriend, Bonnie Wilson of the home; two brothers, Mike Banda and Cayetano Banda, and five sisters, Tina Quick, Jennie Gallegos, Aurora Deanda, Angie Rodriguez, and Amelia Pesina.

Tommy is preceded in death by his parents, one son, Miguel Angel Banda, and one daughter.
