Tommy D. Morrison, 82 of Vernon, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, in Vernon, Texas.

Graveside services will be held Monday, July 29, 2024, at 11:00 am at Eastview Cemetery under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home with Mr. Mike Klappenbach officiating.

Tommy was born Thursday, April 2, 1942, in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. He was the son of the late Fred Morrison and the late Wilma Phillips Morrison. He married Mary Ann Ewer April 7, 1963 in Nampa, Idaho. He was in the U.S. Air Force for four years. He retired from the trucking industry after over fifty years. Tommy loved his family, trucking, NASCAR, and ice cream, in that order. He was a member of First Baptist Church.

Tommy is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Morrison of the home; one son, Bradley Morrison of Vernon, Texas; one daughter, Michelle Stevens & husband Clinton of Wichita Falls, Texas; two brothers, Butch Martin and Roy Martin, and one sister, Ellen Fenn. Tommy also leaves behind eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Tommy is preceded in death by his parents, Fred & Wilma Morrison; his brother, Frank Martin, and his sister, Martha Dean Hamilton.

Visitation will be Monday, July 29, 2024, at Sullivan Funeral Home from 10:00 am until services begin.

Memorials can be made to Hospice of Wichita Falls or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
