Vivian Dean Crawford, 76, of Vernon, Texas passed away on Monday, September 29, 2025, in Vernon, Texas.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 2:00 pm at Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Eastview Cemetery under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.

Vivian was born Tuesday, March 22, 1949, in Vernon, Texas. She was the daughter of the late Richard Owens and the late Willie Faye Mullins Owens. She married Vernon Crawford on April 1, 1977, in Vernon, Texas. She worked for Vernon ISD in the Shive Elementary and Central Elementary Cafeterias. She was a wonderful cook. Vivian was a great mother to her children, and she loved her family. She was a member of the Church of Christ, and she loved the Lord more than anything else.

Vivian is survived by her son, Benson Owens & wife Jacqueline of Vernon, Texas, two brothers, Dwight Owens of Vernon, Texas and Tony Owens of Electra, Texas, her twin sister, Barbara Williams of Vernon, Texas, and her sister, Doris Owens Dennis & husband Joe of Wichita Falls, Texas. She also leaves behind numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and her good friends, Kay Belew, Lisa McMasters, and Camille Mitchell.

Vivian is preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Crawford, her son, Clark Owens, and her brothers, Johnny Owens and Richard Owens, Jr.

Visitation will be Monday, October 6, 2025, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Sullivan Funeral Home.
