William Thomas "Tom" Scott, 93 of Chillicothe, Texas passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, in Childress Texas.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday December 10, 2024, at 2pm at Wilbarger Memorial Park with Mr. Joe Dale Wilson officiating under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.

Tom was born Saturday, March 28, 1931, in Sulphur Bluff, Texas. He was the son of the late Corman Lee Scott and the late Clara Belle Cooper Scott. Tom married Patsy Niemtschk on September 5, 2007, in Hot Springs AR. Tom owned and operated several auto repair shops in Torrence, CA, Dallas, Texas, Carrollton Texas and Farmers Branch, Texas. He came to Vernon in 2006. He worked part time at Braum's, and he had Tom & Patsy's Place. Tom was a member of Wilbarger Street Church of Christ.

Tom is survived by his wife of the home Patsy Scott. Daughter, Michelle Nieto and husband Daniel of Mesquite, TX. Stepdaughter Patti Eliot of Darrington, WA. Along with seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. He also leaves behind his special friend Sandy Hanes

Tom is preceded in death by one son Jimmy Steve Scott, two daughters Kathy Cottom, Carol Young and one grandson Brad Scott, and his parents Tom and Clara Griffin.

Visitation will be held Tuesday December 10, 2024, from 1pm until service time at Sullivan Funeral Home.
